How It Works

Below we have outlined the replacement roof installation process we are able to offer our customers.

Step 1. The first step in replacing your conservatory roof is to remove the old one.

Step 2. As soon as the old roof is removed, the Glulam eaves beam will be installed to the conservatory frame.

Step 3. Now the individual pods including pre-cut and fitted insulation are located, glued and bolted in place.

Step 4. Installing a waterproof air permeable felt membrane ensures the roof will be waterproof in hours.

Step 5. As soon as the eaves are protected, the tiles can be laid ahead of the fascia and gutter installation.

Step 6. 30mm EPS is applied along with 12.5mm of plasterboard ready to finish off the job by plastering.
